Please consider StabiliGrid™, HomeGrid™ and HoofGrid™  to replace ALL of your vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic surfaces.
StabiliGrid™ may be used to replace almost any asphalt or concrete vehicular traffic surface - including public and private roads, streets, parking lots, bridge roadways, etc.
You may consider StabiliGrid HD™ to be a military/commercial/civil/developmental grade of roadway product

On the other hand, if any of your projects include high-traffic recreational areas - such as football, soccer, polo, rugby, racecourses or other sports/playing fields, please also consider:  >> www.hoofgrid.com/turftrack_grasstrack_horse_race_strathayr.htm

Below are the photos from Koskey's Turf Management residential grass driveway installation. There are also photos of other types of heavy-duty traffic installations (including public roadways).

It addresses some of the FEDERAL standards to which local municipal officials SHOULD BE adhering, according to NEMO, EPA, NRCS, etc.
(Sometimes it takes some local communities a few years - or decades - to catch up with the rest of the nation.)

If you wish to obtain samples, instructions, pricing or printed brochures, please reply with a few details describing your project (so that we may supply the correct product and information).
EXAMPLES: (if any are applicable)
1 - What do you intend to make using StabiliGrid™, HomeGrid™ or HoofGrid™?
Grass or crushed stone surfaces, or other?
Coverage area, in dimensions or square feet?

2 - Current ground conditions, and native soil type?
Has a local municipality or county required you to create a pervious, or water-permeable road surface?
If available, please include the soil's drainage quality and/or infiltration rate - your local USDA/NRCS county extension office can look it up for you, over the telephone, using the US Geological Survey WEB-Survey map.

3 - Have any other types of products been installed on this ground previously?
(e.g. any slowly-decaying bio-products such as 'hog fuel' or wood chips, any bio-toxic materials such as concrete or asphalt, or any other impervious materials such as stone dust, "dirty gravel" or decomposed granite, lime chips or "field lime," "binder" etc.)

4 - If this is to correct some existing ground, soil or water problem, please describe any issues that need solved, and what do you hope to achieve with StabiliGrid™ or HomeGrid™.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS ::  Thank you for your interest in THE ORIGINAL pervious paving alternative - German engineered and manufactured for decades. Laboratory tested and field tested, TUV/LGA certified, ISO 9001 compliant, and approved by the German EPA/EPO for environmental amelioration (due to its pervious construction, eliminating incremental Stormwater Runoff).
COMPARISON SAMPLING ::  Please obtain competitive samples, before selecting a product. The superiority of our original grid system will become obvious.
Our system has been used in residential applications for years, as well as civil/governmental highways and parking, corporate, commercial and developmental low-impact road surface constructions.
StabiliGrid is also approved - and used - by NATO for extremely heavy applications, in climates  ranging from Arctic to desert conditions
(i.e. the Arctic and Scandinavia during winter, and Iraq, Dubai, UAE, Afghanistan, etc.).

The form you completed online may be used for any type of request, but is usually used by people seeking information about:
Country Clubs in England and Germany:

CLEVELAND, OHIO GRASS ROADWAY :: Stairstepping method, and then trimming in situ with a circular saw
PLEASE NOTE: the project pictured below is for an RV accessway to a parking area at the back of this house.
> Pathway pictured below serves double-duty as both a footpath, and as a driveway for the RV.
> The client decided to install the concrete paving stones pictured below for one of the truck tracks, our HomeGrid for the second track.
Please Note: StabiliGrid™ has a sufficient loadbearing capacity for the RV (or for any vehicle allowed on any public roadway in the USA), when appropriate ESAL values are applied to your design.
> German-certified "Vehicular LOAD" = 20 metric tonnes / axle (app. 22.5 US tons / axle)
> German-certified "Roadway Lifespan" = indefinite
(not expected to decay or decompose, more durable and longlifed than conventional paving, due to insusceptibility to winter ground upheavals resulting form the ground's freeze/thaw cycles)
> German-certified Environmental Compliance: TÜV/Nord and LGA in Germany, Multiple DINS-compliance certifications with DE/EPO/EPA-compliance as well.
(you may find the environmental compatibility ordinances are much more severe and strictly inforced than anywhere in the USA)
DIN Compliances - Certified by TÜV/Nord
DIN DIN 4102 - Approval:
fire access + 20 tonnes/essieu (exceeding 20MT/ axle, or 22.45 US tons / axle AVDP)
Fire resistant
DIN IN ISO 124 (B125) - Approval:
"carparke" (public and private vehicular parking lot surfaces)
"park with truck" (commercial/public warehousing, loading and staging areas, etc.)
DIN 1072 :1985 - appropriateness/acceptability for public roadways - Approval:
Meets or exceeds roads and bridges vehicular traffic surface requirements
meets or exceeds design loads compliance
Expected lifespan = indefinite
DIN 38412 :1992 - Approval:

Below Left: Winter Photo, same area (taken November, 2006):
NOTE: the grass pictured below is the same area, during the grass's winter dormancy phase.
 (i) The edges of the grids are slightly visible, protruding above the soil level.
(ii) These edges support the LOAD from vehicular or pedestrian traffic, preventing damage to tree roots and grass roots from vehicles (because the traffic tires never touch the soil).
Portland, Oregon Pervious Paving with StabiliGrid, utilizing Infiltration-based Storwmater Management into the design
Note above and left:
The edges of StabiliGrid™ protrude above the level of the infilling of pervious clean gravel.
The weight of the vehicles are supported by the grids - not by the gravel.
This prevents surface compaction of the fill medium - retaining the native infiltration qualities/drainage of the native soil.
Unlike "non-engineered" gravel roads, the natural stone roadways/surfaces using StabiliGrid remain pervious and water-permeable, creating little-or-none incremental Stormwater Runoff.
[I/R = Infiltration Rate, Pass-through Porosity = 82% to 90%]
When correctly engineered, the I/R of the surface may be superior to the I/R of the previous, native soil.

Below:  Vehicular Surfaces Photos of a grass parking area, also used as an occasional and/or temporary grassy lawn when not needed for overflow parking.
Please note below that these parking stalls ARE the bio-remediation.
Stormwater Runoff is diverted ONTO the parking spaces, which functions as infiltration assets.
When correctly engineered and fully utilized, StabiliGrid may replace - or render superfluous or unnecessary - any or all additional stormwater runoff or nonpoint source pollution structures, such as:
bio-swales,
infiltration ponds,
greenbreaks and green-buffers,
infiltration trenching,
stormwater runoff diversion or SWR retention/detention structures, and so on ...

NEMO = Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials
Please feel free to refer to the following URL, which has abundant information about the NEMO project and its application.
Nonpoint Source Pollution Education for Municipal Officials Through various projects and funding sources, BRPC is providing education to municipal officials regarding polluted runoff or "nonpoint" source pollution. The program identifies the different types of pollutants associated with different land uses. The goal of the education program is to help municipal officials recognize the environmental impacts of land use planning decisions. NEMO presentations are available to all communities upon request.

MASS / GOV also has plenty of information about NEMO, and the necessity that Municipal Employees discontinue specifying construction standards or materials which create NONPOINT water pollution. (SOURCE = http://www.mass.gov/dep/service/others02.htm)
